I found 45 0 -45 to work great for my default "hands angle", but when it came to actually interacting with the equipment, the angle felt bad. You can pick up objects so much easier in VR and using the flashlight in VR is infinitely better since you control the angle and height. You can try different settings there, a few have been called out in this thread. I believe there's a VR settings menu, and if you scroll down towards the bottom there's a "controller angle" setting (can't remember the exact name) and it provides 3 numeric values, which I assume account for angles on the X Y & Z axis.
